Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, or on-line. We require confirmation a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to maintain your reservation.
CANCELLING OR NO-SHOWING
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment you must provide 24-hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full price of your missed treatments. Clients who do not call to cancel or show up for an appointment will be deemed a “no-show”, and asked to pre-pay for future appointments.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change services and prices, without notice, to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are being met.
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services or packages. At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by our technicians. Gratuity envelopes are available upon check-out, or they may be added to your credit card. Gift cards may not be used for gratuities. The industry standard ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee
Gift Cards may be purchased either on-line, in-spa, or over the phone. They may be used toward payment for spa services and products in-spa. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be deemed for cash, they cannot be replaced if damaged, lost or stolen, nor used toward gratuities. All Gift Cards must be presented in physical form to be redeemed for payment. E-Gift cards must be printed and presented in physical form.
